What counts as an email?+
Each recipient counts as one email. An email to one customer is one; the same email with a CC is two.
What happens when I hit my limit?+
On Free, sending stops until next month or until you upgrade. On paid plans you keep sending at the extra-email rate, up to a safety cap you can raise any time.
Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. Downgrades happen straight away. Upgrades are switched on by our team, usually within a day.
Is there a contract?+
No. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel whenever you want.
Where are emails sent from?+
From our UK sending infrastructure in London.
Do unused emails roll over?+
No. Your included emails reset every month on the day you signed up.
